Brian Gadsden is passionate about racial equity, leadership development, innovation, social impact, and building strong supportive, healthy communities. Brian has worked in senior management positions at several education nonprofits, started two nonprofit organizations, taught high school, and worked in the technology sector. He has coached executives and their teams on all aspects of leadership in corporations, public institutions and philanthropy, drawing from more than 20 years of experience working in and at the intersection of these sectors.
Brian is committed to helping leaders reach their organizational goals by providing focused coaching supports in the areas of change management, improving interpersonal and professional communication skills, and building effective teams and a performance culture within an organization.
