Danny Heller is pleased to join FourPoint Education Partners with more than 12 years of professional experience. He believes that the best outcomes are achieved by working across professional disciplines and incorporating the lived experiences of impacted stakeholders. Over the past nine years, Danny has served Baltimore City Public Schools’ students as a Data Specialist, chief of staff to the Executive Director of College and Career Readiness, and most recently as the Chief Program Officer for a community school strategy lead agency. Earlier in his career, Danny launched a pro-bono graduate school consulting organization, streamlined operations for a non-profit crisis hotline, and taught seventh grade math.
Danny’s inclusive approach to the work has resulted in him being considered as a colleague who can get things done. As a result, he has led a wide portfolio of work including implementing school strategic resourcing protocols, supervising school counseling, launching a district-wide mentoring strategy, leading data governance work, leading community school strategy implementation, launching Maryland’s first operating adult high school, winning and managing multiple grants, and developing a districtwide grading policy. In his personal life, Danny loves being a newlywed and hiking with his dog Sammy.
