David Orrick is a project manager with FourPoint Education Partners. In this role, David has helped support Omaha Public Schools’ adoption of a new principal supervision model for its 87 schools, and to revamp its strategy for recruiting, selecting and supporting future principal leaders. He also helped to design and implement FourPoint’s 3L Network for Principal Supervisors – an annual convening of principal supervisors from districts across the Midwest.
David is the founder of DIBS for Kids – an Omaha-based literacy initiative that helps teachers build a love for in-home reading among students and families. Using DIBS software technology, teachers can more easily distribute take-home books directly from their classrooms. David started his education career as a Teach For America teacher in New Orleans and has been recognized as a Distinguished Educator by Turning Technologies.
