Marina Hopkins has been dedicated to education and outreach for over 16 years. As a compassionate leader, she is committed to using her expertise as a strategic collaborator and facilitator to eliminate socio-economic and education disparities. She has an extensive background in the non-profit sector, including serving as the Director of Operations for a collective impact organization devoted to educational achievement in an urban education ecosystem. Marina also worked to address the lack of equitable resources at various schools as a Community Resource Coordinator.
Marina founded M. Hopkins, LLC in 2021. She specializes in forming relationships between public and private sector leaders, working to facilitate and align groups to achieve maximum impact. She recently completed the eCornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship Program. Marina is a Certified Coach for the Flywheel Greater Cincinnati Social Enterprise Hub. She is also a member of the StriveTogether Leadership Program with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Rapid Cycle Improvement Collaborative (RCIC), and the National Urban League Emerging Leaders Program.
