Nathan Cross is committed to supporting current and aspiring principals. From 2004-2011, Nathan was the senior program director of the new administrator program in the New Teacher Center’s (NTC) school leadership division. In this role, he created and delivered professional development to educational leaders across the nation, as well as directing the new administrator coaching program in the San Francisco Bay Area. Nathan also directed the alternative clear administrative credential program in partnership with the Association of California School Administrators. In addition, he was the senior program trainer for NTC’s Coaching Leaders to Obtain Student Success program, which trains educational leaders on a proven blended coaching model.
Nathan taught educational administration in an urban high school leadership cohort as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University. He has 26 years of experience as an assistant superintendent, superintendent, and principal.
