Rich Sinclair specializes in student-centered workplace infrastructure designed to produce accountability, innovation, satisfaction, and continued momentum – “evidence-based leadership” as it is referred to in patient-centered healthcare. Rich has twenty-five years of experience working in and consulting with numerous schools, systems, and other nonprofit organizations.
In 2017, Rich founded Leading Schools Forward to help leaders build a sustainable, values-based, high-performance culture. Prior to his work as a consultant, Rich was a preK-12 educator and school leader. As a principal, he led the turnaround of three schools at risk of closure due to low performance or enrollment and a fourth that had been shut down for a week in the year prior due to gang-related behavior. Rich has also served as both a teacher in high-poverty communities and as the upper school director of a large, elite international college preparatory school.
